Four Steps to Manifesting with the Law of Attraction

The Law of Attraction is one that has always really fascinated me. It’s the idea that what we think, we attract. And with that in mind, we can manifest anything. If it were only that simple, right? If you’re new to the idea of manifesting, here are my four ways to make it happen. 

Visualize. 

We need to really be able to see what we want. We need to be able to FEEL it. We need to feel before we have. You know how it’s so common to say, “Once I have the house of my dreams, I’ll be happy.” What if you were able to find the happiness right where you are? Remember, like attracts like, we get what we think. If a house would make you happy… but you’re not happy… you won’t get a house. Visualize this dream every day as many times a day as you can. Hold onto this vision. If you want, maybe even make a vision board! 

Declare Your Dreams.

We’ve been raised to keep our dreams to ourselves. We are told to not share our wishes after blowing out the candles “or it won’t come true.” This is the opposite of LOA. Say them outloud. DECLARE them! Share it with a friend, write it on social media, write it in your journal daily. Bring LIFE to your dreams!

Keep an abundant and grateful mindset

Essentially, it’s a “glass is half full” mindset. Bad day? “Better days are coming!” Have a bill to pay? “I’m grateful I have money to pay for it!” Sick? “I’m going to enjoy this time to really rest.” It’s all about mindset. Practice your gratitudes, write them daily to help rewire your brain to see and feel gratitude throughout the day. 

Surrender. 

This is the hardest part, I know. But we need to release the dream. We can’t white knuckle it and micromanage HOW this will manifest. We need to trust. This process is a relationship and we need to trust the process as must as we possibly can. Be happy and grateful in your space NOW to manifest the things you want later. Be, Do, Have not Have, Do, Be. 

Be the way you want to feel. 

Do the things that bring this feeling. 

Have the things from feeling this way. 

When we are focused on having, we get the things and find ourselves still unhappy. It’s the epitome of “money doesn’t buy happiness.”

In all of this, remember the power is within you, no matter what. No matter what you believe, YOU decide how you’re going to show up day to day. All you need is right inside of you. Every single one of us deserves to FEEL joy and happiness. We can feel this no matter what we HAVE, and when we do, is when the manifestations happen.
