Energy Healing
As a child, I was always fascinated in dream dictionaries, anything astrology and you best believe I was the kid who loved the Ouigi board at sleepovers!
Being raised Catholic, I never saw any of this more than just some “kid fun” and eventually let it all go.
Fast forward to 2016 when I was deep in my anxiety and recovery, I was introduced to Chakredy and Personal Development. My scientific mind and Catholic part of me very hesitantly but very curiously took interest in what this all was. I quickly began to submerge myself in understanding all things energetic and Eastern thinking.
Time and time again, it has proven to consistently hold healing powers and I have gratefully found permission from myself to identify as both Catholic and also engage in energetic healing and practices.
Energetic healing often has a stigma of a person sitting criss-cross saying “omm” and wearing flowy clothing and basically being “weird.”
I get it.
Energetic healing can be accessed and received by any of us no matter how we act, sit or dress.
It’s okay to push against the stereotypes.
I reached out to Erin when I was going through a challenging time personally. I was seeking answers and guidance on my path and was looking for someone who I could really connect with. Truth be told…Erin is a rare gem. Erin is empathetic and provides outstanding insight and perspective. She encouraged me to listen to what my body was telling me and to continue to trust those feelings, even when it was hard or I didn’t really want to! After my first session with Erin I felt like I had an emotional release and I had a physical weight lifted from my body. I scheduled 2 more sessions and my growth has been incredible. What I like most about the sessions with Erin is that the client is in the driver’s seat. She allows you to guide the session based off of where you are at in that moment. In addition she’s available for follow up messages in between sessions. Working with Erin has been a great investment in myself and I look forward to my continued work with her. - Alex
What to expect in our 90 minute call:
We start on zoom, bring a notebook, be comfy, maybe light a candle or get your diffuser running.
15 minutes of touching base and a grounding meditation guided by me.
20-30 minutes of Chakredy assessment to assess all chakras from root to crown, what is prioritizing, the priority pathway and run a healing grid. Translation: see how your energy is doing, what is needing the most healing and why and then sending over some healing energy.
After our Chakredy assessment we will close our zoom call, you will lay down in uninterrupted space, maybe light a candle and play some relaxing music.
While you are getting comfy, I will begin doing a distance reiki healing starting from your crown to your root for 20-30 minutes.
After I am done sending healing, I will voxer you to let you know I’m done. I will send over notes of any messages I received during healing along with an oracle card pull and a voice voxer message sharing additional information rounding us out at 90 minutes.
One follow up email exchange is available after your call. Additional voxer support is available if desired.

Monthly unlimited voxer and email support can be added on for an additional $125
